Service Agreement Contract

This Service Agreement is entered into by and between Microworks Limited (Provider) and the customer (Client).

1. Term of Agreement

The Client commits to a one-year service period after any trial period, subject to legal cancellation rights.

2. Trial Period

The Client may be entitled to an evaluation trial. Cancellation during trial is available without penalties where applicable.

3. Cooling-Off Period

Where applicable under UK law, the Client may cancel within 14 days of commitment start.

4. Cancellation Policy

• The Client may cancel during trial by written notice.
• After trial, contracted commitments apply except where legal exceptions or provider breach applies.

5. Service Description

The Provider delivers digital signage software, related hardware options, and content management tooling.

6. Fees and Payment

• The Client agrees to pay fees stated in the agreed plan or quote.
• Payments must follow the agreed payment schedule.

7. Breach of Agreement

If the Client breaches obligations, the Provider may suspend or terminate services and pursue outstanding amounts.

8. Force Majeure

The Provider is not liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

10. Entire Agreement

This document forms the full agreement between parties unless superseded in writing.
